Milzise juhend on http://www.4rati.lv ammu väljas. Seal kirjas 9 kiiruskatset, 1 täpsuslõik. Kõik katsed toimuvad kruusal.

regarding Milzis: you have most probably noticed quite a serriouse discussions regarding Milzis in http://www.4rati.lv discussion section - the reason is format of offered rally - almost 2,5 days, 250 km and less then 20 km race + 20 km regularity stage that would have been 1st in 2005 season, making headache for a lot of drivers and codrivers. there even had been discussed option to strike against Milzis, not going there. This seems is the reason why there have applied so small number of local drivers to date compare to ~ 100 in Talsi, ~80 in Gulbis.
The only comentary received from organizers of Milzis 2 days ago was concern regarding possibilty to run rally at all, rating only for 30% possibility that rally would take place - the main reason is condition of local roads after long rains in past 3 weeks as well as some kind of bicycle race that takes place right on the same date and right on the same reagion. Althogh I am sure the rally will be run despite certain concerns today - organizers have good experiance and would find solution.

A lot of drivers are waiting for additional info. Also, nobody knows exactly what rally would look like after tragic accident in Gulbis 2 weeks ago.

I dont see a problem in regularity stage, why are everyone so against it? It has been a part of the standard rally a long time. If other organizers didn't do it, doesn't mean that noone shouldn't do it. Hopefully the rally still takse place and on good roads, alltough of the accident in Gulbene.

how about following issue in Viljandi regulations: 4.3.4.The manual extinguishers are compulsory in every car. A first aid kit, reflecting triangle and a flashlight with yellow or red beam are obligatory in every car . Is flashing light really required or it is just left there from good-old times ? I've been trying to find something similar in Latvia alrady 2 years ago - impossible.

Flashing light is required, since we are driving at night and it is a must in a car. Most of us here use a red or yellow flashing light from the bicycle. So just find a small bicycle tail light , which flashes and you are good to go. Flashing light has to be putted on the car corner closest to the road, if you drive off or stop on the stage.

läti : kas kruusarehvid on lubatud ? kas osalemisvorm tuleb ilma maksmata meiliga ära saata ja siis kohapeal maksta ? mida veel tarvis on mida teadma peaks ?
